Dr Emil Fernando leads the team at Port Pacific Dental, practising enthusiastically and committed to creating and maintaining beautiful smiles. He earned both a Bachelor of Dentistry and Master of Dentistry from La Trobe in Melbourne. He also attained a Bachelor of Medical Radiation/Nuclear Medicine from RMIT in Melbourne. He has worked in many public hospitals and private practices around Australia, gaining many years of experience treating patients.
He specialises in gentle dental treatments and has significant experience working with anxious people. He is friendly and professional and adept at providing dental education to people. Dr Fernando and his team also keep up with the latest technology to improve treatment outcomes with a comfortable and caring approach to put patients at ease.

Dr Fernando is local to Port Macquarie and is a current member of the Australian Dental Association.
In his free time, Dr Fernando appreciates mingling with the local community and enjoying events around town. He also loves pets, especially dogs. One of his favourite places to relax is at local beaches.
